How to use FixMyText.AI without breaking your workflow
FixMyText.AI is designed for short professional messages: replies, follow-ups, team updates, and support answers. Start from your normal writing app, review the suggested versions, then send only the rewrite that matches your intent.
Quick start
Install the browser extension
Add the extension to your browser, pin it if needed, and sign in with the same account used on the website.
Start using it
Write your draft in the original app, trigger Fix My Text, compare the versions, then apply the one that keeps your message accurate.
Extension usage modes
Automatic button next to the text field
Click inside a compatible input or composer. FixMyText.AI injects a Fix My Text button beside the field, so you can generate suggestions and apply the best version without leaving the page.
No button? Right-click the field
When the automatic button is not visible, right-click inside the editable field and choose Show FixMyText button here. The extension injects the button for that field manually.
Select text and edit it in place
Highlight a sentence or paragraph on the page. A small FixMyText.AI action appears near the selection, letting you generate suggestions for that selected text.
Open the popup editor
Open the extension popup when you prefer a separate editor. Paste text or load the active draft, generate suggestions, then copy or apply the result.
